Publishers are often concerned with visibility among larger publishers in library catalogs and digital systems. This panel will explore strategies for enhancing discoverability in OPACs (Online Public Access Catalogs), metadata best practices, and using library marketing channels effectively. In addition, expert panelists will discuss managing vendor relationships, metadata and trendspotting, AI’s influence on discoverability and engagement, how/whether AI/ML can assist in metadata creation and quality control.
